Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Receive Authorization

  Our technical team will review your request within 24 hours and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories and cables, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once your return arrives at our Sydney warehouse, we will conduct a quality inspection and process your full refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
